Creative thinking & client relationships
Iraa is the talkative, creative half of RGB, and the person you’ll usually speak to about your project. She looks after most of our accounts, gets to know the people behind the business and helps turn a conversation into a clear direction.
A business lecturer and award-winning entrepreneur, she also sits on several business boards in Sunderland. She brings a practical understanding of business alongside the ideas, enthusiasm and conversation.
AWAY FROM THE STUDIOCats, first and foremost. Then a good book, a TV series or a film. The cats probably get the final say.
Development & technical problem-solving
Adam is the quieter, proudly nerdy half of RGB. An award-winning web developer, he’s happiest working through a tricky problem and turning a good idea into something that actually works.
He brings the code, the technical curiosity and a preference for making things over making small talk. Iraa gets the conversation going; Adam works out how to build it.
AWAY FROM THE KEYBOARDPoker, games and powerlifting. A good mix of thinking things through, figuring things out and picking heavy things up.
